MarTech Decision-Making in Uncertain Times
Last week the good folks at Advatera asked the inimitable Erik Hartman to interview me on a range of subjects in lieu of presentations at their postponed "Digital Leadership Forum." (It's now slated for early October in Vienna -- check it out!)
Erik and I touched on a number of topics, including how your stack will change in the coming decade, three "must-do's" when selecting technology, and finally: some early thoughts about how the current pandemic could change -- or at least accelerate -- how we all think about customer-facing technology.
